Let's get the obvious one out of the way... Loose 10 pounds. Which goes along with the next two resolutions…
- Eat more fruit. In season. It’s pointless to have peaches in January. They are expensive and they suck.
- Exercise. I mean walk 10 minutes during lunchtime 3 days a week. Weather permitting, i.e. when it’s sunny, dry and between 62F-68F.
- Drink Italian wine. I had a couple of bad experiences with Chianti a few years ago. I had two different bottles which at the time I thought couldn’t have possibly been made for humans. Probably just bad luck. So in 2009 I will give it another shot and drink a bottle of Italian wine per month.
- Read the 4 magazines that I subscribe to. At least look through them for interesting articles before throwing them into the “I’ll read it later” pile.
- Reduce number of blog subscriptions from 90 to 50 and stay up to date on reading them so that I don’t end up with 27 unread entries of Drinks Are On Me.
- Keep my garage clean so that I can use it for what it’s meant for… parking the car.
- Organize and back-up all my computer files, including and especially my kids pictures and movies.
- Spend more time with my #1 Queen on school related activities.
- Continue to ignore my 401K plan – it’s pointless to spend any time on it.
